How to use the Style
Unpack 'Windows Se7en ' folder & copy to 'C:\Windows\Resources\Themes' (where C is the partition with Windows installed)
Now you can change the visual style by clicking any .msstyle file or apply the theme options.

Fix Your StartMenu :
To change the start menu look like windows 7 first take ownership your explorer.exe
then rename it explorer.old then copy my explorer.
Now go to control panel open power options & set your pc power setting to ballance
and the left button "Power Button" to "Shut Down" mode.
Finally logoff & login and see the changes.
